"Large scale villas are not very common in Cheruvakkal near Ayoor, Kollam, so when I decided to build my home there, I wanted something truly distinctive. I was introduced to the team through a close friend, and from the beginning, they recognized the strong potential of the property. A large plot abutting the main road connecting Kollam and Ayoor, with views from all sides. Designing a villa in such a prominent location, with so much visibility and expectation from the surroundings, was definitely a challenge.
